As a Customer Service Advisor, you\βll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.

- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- IT literate
- Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Experience working towards and achieving targets
- Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
- Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles
