Kingdom Local Authority Support (Kingdom)
Role: E-Bike Recovery Operative
Location & Hours: On average 37.5 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Saturday with rotational Sundays, between 7am-7pm.
Salary: £13.97 per hour.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious individual to join as an E-Bike Recovery Operative. Responsibilities include identifying and removing obstructive e-bikes in public spaces and facilitating their return after payment of associated fees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely lift and relocate improperly parked or hazardous e-bikes.
- Document and handle bikes pending release.
- Release bikes upon payment confirmation.
- Drive vans to transport bikes and equipment.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy with the public.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Physically fit to lift and move e-bikes.
- Attention to detail and safety commitment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
IT skills and proficiency in English are essential.
- Experience in similar roles or logistics/transport.
- Knowledge of local areas and road safety regulations.
You will receive a separate employment contract and weekly pay via HIVE 360 Payroll. This role is with an agency, with potential future transfer to a Kingdom contract.
