We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our client in Nailsworth on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will primarily be part of the accounts team.

Responsibilities:
- Match signed delivery notes to purchase orders and supplier invoices
- Capture supplier invoices onto the accounting system
- Record daily bank transactions for Purchase Ledger
- Manage Prepaid Invoices/Proforma Invoice process
- Handle Goods Received Not Invoiced process
- Maintain over deliveries schedule
- Resolve supplier queries via email and telephone
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts in purchase ledger
- Process weekly Proforma payments and ad hoc supplier payments
- Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Submit and pay monthly supplier payment runs with reconciliation packs
- Manage employee travel bookings and arrangements
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in accounting preferred.
