Care Without Compromise, a Choice Care sister company in Wales, supports people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. With its own clinical team, Care Without Compromise has a particular expertise in understanding and supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Specialist therapeutic services are integrated into the day to day person-centred support offered to the people we support, enabling them to progress towards a more meaningful and enjoyable daily life. Staff are fully trained in Positive Behavioural Support and are encouraged to develop their skills and career with the company, providing consistency and stability in the services. The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need more flexibility? Key duties
- Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents\’ daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completing training, as required

Nant Leiros supports 7 males with behaviours that challenge and complex needs in this attractive period property that has been fully updated to provide spacious accommodation over three floors. Set in an elevated position, with extensive grounds and landscaped gardens, Nant Leiros provides a tranquil setting that is also within a few minutes’ walk of the town. Swansea and Gower are also within easy reach.
