We are currently seeking a Furniture Assembly Person to join our team and work with one of our clients in the creative industry as part of their team working in the storage area of their photography studios.
Job Overview:
As a Furniture Assembly Person, you will be responsible for assembling various types of furniture, including but not limited to chairs, tables, cabinets, and beds. You will work closely with a team of skilled craftsmen to ensure that all furniture is assembled to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
– Read and interpret furniture assembly instructions and diagrams
– Use hand and power tools to assemble furniture components
– Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
– Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace
– Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process
– Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages to the supervisor
– Assist with loading and unloading furniture pieces from delivery trucks
Qualifications:
