Hourly Paid Adult Tutor
We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Training Tutor.
As a Training Tutor, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding learners to achieve their full potential. Your role will involve delivering effective training programs that meet contractual funding requirements, ensuring high-quality learning, and promoting learners\’ progression into employment or further education. You will also focus on continuous development and improvement of the training program.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting teaching sessions aligned with the program, tailored to learners\’ levels, including differential learning approaches.
- Designing and delivering appropriate learning materials and resources for adult community learning accreditation.
- Preparing necessary documentation such as lesson plans, schemes of work, assessments, and accreditation reports within deadlines.
- Meeting targets set by Adult Community Learning.
- Maintaining effective communication with team members to facilitate the learner journey.
- Maintaining records and providing data for Management Information Systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering post-16 education provision.
- Relevant subject area qualification.
- Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification in accordance with sector standards.
