Waste Management Operative (Loader)Grade 3, £24,404 up to £25,584 per annum pro rata37 hours per week on a permanent contract We’re currently recruiting for a Waste Management Operative. Your role will include working as part of a team collecting household and commercial waste (mainly contained in wheeled bins and sacks) from properties across the borough. As part of the Street Scene Service you will, when required, participate in the wider duties of the service.You must be physically fit, able to walk long distances each day, move wheeled bins, sacks and any other waste as required and have a focus on good customer service as part of this key frontline service.Applicants should be committed individuals who are looking to make a difference to the high-profile and priority services of the council.
