The Positions
We are seeking experienced Specialists/Consultants in the following fields for permanent and locum roles across Australia:
Anaesthesia/Anaesthesiology
Emergency Medicine
General and Speciality Medicine
General Practice
Obstetrics and Gynaecology
Psychiatry
Skilled Medical will allocate a personal recruitment consultant to seek out and match your availability to job opportunities and take care of your placements every step of the way.

Consultant positions are typically available at larger hospitals across Australia where there are short or long-term vacancies for medical specialists.
As well as ongoing continuous roles, there are shorter term locum vacancies from 1-4 weeks and forward roster periods available of approximately 5 to 14 days per month on a fly-in, fly-out basis.
Specialist Consultants usually participate in an on-call roster. Rural placements provide return flights, use of a motor vehicle and accommodation.
Competitive remuneration packages are available for permanent placements often above AUD 400,000 with relocation, generous leave and CPD benefits.
UK and IE Qualified GPs interested in Permanent Roles in Australia
UK and Irish qualified GPs may be eligible for fast-track registration in Australia under the AHPRA registration authority's new Expedited Pathway.
