TPS Warehouse Operative
Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including brands like Audi, SEAT, Å KODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the TPS Warehouse Operative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound warehouse stock efficiently and supporting excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Perform quality checks on stock deliveries
- Identify and store inbound parts correctly
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow FIFO stock control processes
- Maintain stock security and condition
- Assist with stock checks
- Locate fast-moving parts conveniently
- Provide high levels of customer service during parts picking and delivery
- Assist trade customers efficiently
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Adhere to business processes and guidelines
- Handle exchange units and returns promptly
- Utilize and update systems effectively
