Relocation HR Specialist
As an experienced HR specialist within Relocation, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a world-class and commercial service to our clients
- Providing full support to our clients, understanding their business, and supporting them to manage their most important asset – their people
- Building strong relationships with wider teams such as payroll, tax, legal, etc., to ensure mobility compliance is adhered to
- Ensuring coordination between departments is efficient and effective
- Being the first point of contact for all relocation and mobility queries/issues
Person Specification
As a successful HR specialist within Relocation, you will have:
- CIPD Qualification
- High levels of relocation/mobility experience from an HR advisory basis
- Proven experience of providing HR services to various business units within larger organizations
- Extremely adept at building significant business relationships to provide effective support
