Job Title: Production Shift Manager
Location: Evesham WR11 8JS
Salary: £20.54 per hour – Paid Weekly
Shift Pattern: Sunday-Tuesday alternate Wednesday 06:00 – 18:00

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Production Shift Manager to join a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Evesham. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring food safety, and supporting your team to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure your team are working in line with any HSE policies and procedures.
– Deliver food safe, high-quality product to customers always.
– Follow plans to ensure achievement of the Production objectives.
– Drive performance using positive and negative trends in SIC & T1 meetings.
– Provide leadership, support, and development to your team, to increase knowledge, share best practice and ensure professional standards are met.
– Set high personal standards that cascade through the team.
– Understand and be part of a team that deliver department budgets.
– Effective root cause analysis, eliminating negative trends in performance.
– Promote the lean manufacturing journey, ensuring continuous improvements are identified and actioned in the meeting processes.
– Provide clear and concise communications to your team.

– An experienced professional with the ability to apply strong, leadership skills to deliver Production targets and objectives.
