Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise engineering team members during rotating day and night shifts to ensure maximum equipment efficiency.
- Initiate and manage maintenance tasks, ensuring all machinery operates smoothly and reliably.
- Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on your shifts.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize equipment performance and address any technical issues promptly.
- Encourage team development through coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Document all maintenance activities and track equipment performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in an engineering leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly in production settings.
