About Us We place more education staff in to primary schools in Merseyside than any other agency! Desian Education are working with a central Liverpool primary school who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting in December 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the learning experiences of the schools youngest learners during a crucial stage of their development. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and independence. Observing, assessing, and documenting pupil progress to inform planning and ensure individual needs are met. Collaborating with the Early Years team to share best practices and ensure continuity of learning. Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support learning and development.
