We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the successful and efficient day-to-day operations of the club reception and cleaning teams. You will act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth club operations and delivering a fabulous experience for our members.
Leading the Reception, Cleaning, and Spa host teams, you will maintain 5-star standards of facilities and a safe, clean environment through meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving, prioritizing the safety of members and staff at all times.

What We\’re Looking For
A self-motivated manager who takes pride in providing exceptional service and collaborates with the club\’s General Manager to ensure a safe, premium experience. Willingness to learn and utilize available training and development resources is essential.
- Willing to work shifts based on business needs, including 4 weekend shifts per month and at least one late shift per week
- Experience managing teams in service-led environments (e.g., restaurant, retail, leisure) – highly desirable
- Experience in duty management – desirable
- Experience in financial planning and management
- Passionate about customer service
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
