Are you passionate about safer communities and making a real difference in people's lives? Westminster City Council is looking for a dedicated and experienced ASB Case Officer to join our Housing Services team on an interim basis.
?? The Role
As an ASB Case Officer, you'll manage a varied caseload of Anti-Social Behaviour reports from residents, investigating concerns and delivering practical, person-centred resolutions. You'll play a key role in promoting safety and wellbeing across our communities, working closely with residents, internal colleagues, and external partners like the police and mental health teams.
?? Key Responsibilities

Investigate ASB reports, develop action plans, and conduct interviews, door knocks, and resident surgeries (some evenings required).

Collaborate with police, social care, and support services to tackle ASB in the community.

Provide consistent updates and support to residents, referring to services like Victim Support.

Prepare formal documentation and attend court proceedings where required.

Contribute to local ASB projects and initiatives in hotspot areas.
? What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience managing ASB or a similar caseload.

Confident in working independently with members of the public, often in challenging circumstances.
