About The Role
At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic, passionate, and committed to providing excellent service. They care about their customers and our business, which is fundamental to our success.
We are seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor who will support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing to achieving sales targets.
Main duties include:
- Developing strong customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
- Working within the sales team on product promotions, answering telephone and electronic queries
- Fully satisfying customer needs regarding parts orders and queries
- Contributing to team performance while working on personal sales benchmarks
- Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met
- Enhancing product knowledge through internal literature study
- Using E-learning portals for performance improvement
Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays
About You
Ideal candidates will have telesales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment. Qualifications include:
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset
- Target-driven, motivated by sales, and resilient to rejection
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literacy
- Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is advantageous but not essential
