Job Description
We are currently looking for Plumber / Multi Trade in Romford Area working for a well-established Housing association. This is a long term contract working on the responsive team.As the Plumber / Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
- Building external ramps and fencing
- Door widening
- Carpentry
- Stud walls
- Plumbing
- Wet room fitting
The successful Plumber / Multi Trade will:
- To be able to commute to sites
- Have a full UK Driving Licence
- Have there own van
- Have there own tools
- Have a NVQ Level 2 in carpentry and plumbing
- Basic IT skills
- Minimum of blue CSCS card
In return the Plumber / Multi Trade will receive:
- £200 / £250 per day dependant on skill set
