Phoenix Medical Supplies is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to join our team and make a significant impact across our UK-wide network of Rowlands pharmacies and Numark Member pharmacies.

About the Role

As our Nationwide Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through effective product placement and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing planograms across our pharmacy network
  • Ensuring consistent brand representation and product visibility
  • Optimising store layouts to maximise sales potential
  • Collaborating with store managers and staff to maintain merchandising standards

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of merchandising principles and best practices
  • Experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a pharmacy setting (though general retail experience is also valuable)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to travel nationwide and work independently

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: £30,000 with extensive benefits package
