Job Description: Being a role model to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time at Heathrow Airport with maximum efficiency in accordance with customer requirements. Controlling all daily activities such as pick-up times, flight coordinator log sheet, check sheets, and delivery notes are checked and updated. Preparing adequate handover to crew by submitting all paperwork (delivery notes), briefing on menu changes, SPML requests, etc. Controlling the truck after offloading, matching the amount of loaded and offloaded carts. Ensuring final checking of correct packing, sealing trolleys prior to leaving the site. Working closely with Transport and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircraft. Representing DO & CO daily in all external and internal communications with customers. Communicating and working closely with crew members on aircraft to confirm all delivered goods are correct. Ensuring operations adhere to all SOPs, Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food Safety, and legal requirements. Defining systems of working to ensure product quality, resolving problems with solutions, and initiating continuous improvement. Providing reports on productivity and performance indicators to management. Driving success by proactively managing team performance, providing development, and succession planning opportunities.
