We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Display Planner to join our B&M team based in our Central Support Office in Lasswade . This role involves creating and maintaining planograms at Dobbies, supported by our Buying & Merchandising teams. It offers a chance to bring product ranges to life and provide our store colleagues with visually appealing display options and commercially viable plans at a micro level. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused, with data-driven decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain category planograms
- Create and present analysis using space software
- Work cross-functionally to deliver company KPIs
- Identify and communicate potential issues
- Follow critical paths and adhere to timelines
- Present and sign off work as part of category management
- Communicate plans to stores via PDF
- Support layout planning with planogram options and fixture requirements
- Ensure store compliance through timely interventions
- Innovate and improve on-shelf merchandising principles
