Due to sustained growth of the Porsche brand, we\’re delighted to confirm that we will be increasing capacity at our Porsche Centre in West London with a new sister servicing facility opening nearby.With this exciting expansion we are recruiting a number of new roles including a Service Site Manager.

About the role
As Service Site Manager, you will:

  • Manage the Service Factory daily operations, looking after all aspects of the facility, the welfare of the employees, visitors and suppliers on site
  • Lead the Team of Service Advisors/Executives, Administrators and Service Assistants to ensure that commercial and operational requirements are considered and met all times

About the responsibilities:
In the role of Service Site Manager, you will:

  • Effectively manage workshop loading, efficiency, productivity and quality, whilst meeting customer expectations
  • Review the allocation of work booked in by leading the planning meeting, identifying the resources required a minimum of 3 days in advance of the appointment
  • Supporting and communicating with the Service Advisors/Executives and Technicians the day prior to the appointment the workshop plan
  • Ensure work is completed fully to customer requirements in the agreed timescales
  • Holding weekly group review meetings with all members of the team
  • Ensure full compliance to manufacturer’s policy regarding recall campaigns
  • Identification of Continuous Improvement areas throughout the operation
  • Keep updated with technical knowledge and the FCA Compliance requirements of the business

Facilities

  • Ensure awareness and compliance to all fire safety, security & health and safety procedures along with the maintenance of tidy and efficient work areas
  • Oversee and be responsible for all staff employed at and entering the site including subcontractors e.g. Bodyshop employees, Drivers and Valeters.

Employees

  • Team leadership for the Service Factory employees including, recruitment, grievances, disciplinary, training, coaching and mentoring as required
  • In conjunction with the Aftersales Manager, managing resources including holiday cover, absence cover etc
  • Holding monthly individual review meeting and set individual targets with all members of the team to ensure achievement of targets
  • Identify individual team development needs, utilising a mix of personal/team coaching and formal training

About the hours & rewards
For the role of Service Site Manager, on-site staff parking will be available alongside a market leading remuneration package and the support you would expect from a manufacturer owned Top 100 company.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm & Saturdays 8am to 1pm on a rota basis and there is a salary on offer of circa £45k, dependant on experience, plus bonus with an OTE of £58K. Benefits include:
