AI Consultant needed to join a top software consultancy connecting companies with top class development teams building outstanding, scalable products.  They are looking for someone with a development background and a strong grounding in AI technologies for a new role to the business which incorporates assessing and evaluating top AI talent; engaging them on a raft of projects.What skills you’ll be needing

  • A background in software development (ideally full-stack or backend including Python).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. building GPT-based apps, using LangChain or integrating APIs).
  • A passion for AI, with experience in Machine Learning & LLMs.
  • Strong systems thinking and automation mindset.
  • Track record building small tools, scripts, or data products that improve ops.
  • Experience working in or with digital agencies, consultancies, or dev partners.
  • Clear communicator with strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with platform/outsourcing businesses.

What you’ll be doingAs AI Consultant they will look to you to identify and onboard AI-mature agencies to their partner network. You will be a strategic thinker optimising processes and assessing AI/ML technical capability by reviewing code samples, solutions and pipelines. In addition there’s a need to build and deploy internal AI automations, evolve their AI Maturity Model (which rates/tracks partner capabilities) and use AI API’s (e.g.OpenAI, Claude) scripting or no-code platforms to automate and improve.
