About the role

As a Skilled Butcher, you will have good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and offer high standards of customer service. You will be able to prepare orders to customers\’ needs and have a good understanding of stock control processes and procedures.

You will be responsible for supporting the Butchery sales and profit by working closely with the Butchery Manager and team, engaging with customers, ensuring high customer service standards, and complying with health & safety and legal standards at all times. You must be customer-driven, organized, and an excellent communicator, with experience in the butchery trade.

Responsibilities

Working as part of a small team in the Butchery Department, you may also be responsible for running the department in the absence of the Butchery Manager. You will follow company standards and comply with legislative requirements related to food safety and health & safety at all times.
