The National Autistic Society is looking for a proactive and detail-focussed HR Coordinator with HR Shared Services experience to join our team.
As an HR Coordinator , you’ll be the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing expert advice and support across a wide range of HR matters. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and compliance, whilst championing best practice and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the HR Shared Services inbox and using your HR expertise to resolve queries efficiently at the first point of contact.
- Supporting managers with HR processes such as: recruitment, onboarding, absence management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Processing employee lifecycle transactions such as: new hires, leavers, and changes.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Preparing payroll variations and contractual changes.
- Supporting wider HR projects, system implementations, and driving service improvements.
- Acting as an ambassador for consistent and compliant HR practices
