About the role

We\’re looking for a People Services Advisor (6m FTC) to join our People Team, reporting to our People Services Senior Manager.

Your role will be dynamic, with fast turnarounds and new initiatives to contribute to. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the People function, working with recruitment, HR partners, policy leads, and reward teams. You should be solution-focused, adaptable, and proactive as the business grows. The position is based in our London HQ, with a requirement to work in the office 3 days a week.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Maintain accurate HR data and systems to ensure reliable information.
  • Support new projects and initiatives to improve processes.
  • Review and implement process improvements to enhance the People function.
  • Assist the HR Advisory team with Employee Relations cases, advising managers on people issues.
  • Provide HR administration support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Communicate policies and procedures clearly, ensuring compliance.

  • Experience in a similar HR role within a comparable industry.
  • Employee relations experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills across departments and levels.
  • Curious mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • High confidentiality and accuracy in duties.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM.
