Fantastic opportunity to secure an IT Manager role on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The IT Manager will manage and maintain DCC’s End User compute environment, including operating systems, applications, software and hardware. The IT Manager will handle business critical IT tasks and system administration. The IT Manager will document and manage DCC’s EIT processes and procedures. The IT Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders from around the business and demonstrate and promote the DCC Values and Behaviours.

What will you be doing?

  • Development and maintenance of DCC End User Compute Environment

  • Risks and Issues Management

  • Supplier Management

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Extensive experience in an IT Manager or similar role

  • Previous extensive experience and expertise of working within the ITIL Framework and audit controls.

  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Desktop Environment.

  • Strong creative and analytical skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
