Very creative, crafted design which has awesome results and makes for amazing user experience. Experience in things like culture, internal culture, placemaking, translation business strategy into brand strategy, all interesting to them. EMEA experience a big bonus.
This is a unique brand and business consultancy, no egos, friendly, warm, collaborative culture, working with global brands mainly in the cultural space, where they deal with the exchange of knowledge, not goods. This includes placemaking, globally renowned cultural institutions, higher education and more. They have continued to take this knowledge, with their forensic focus on culture and community, into their work in other sectors where they’re working with large corporations and government departments to help define their brand and business strategies. Rocking it!
In their words, this Strategist is a mastermind of creativity and innovation, with a knack (and talent) for strategic thinking. Based near Shoreditch, London, they live and breathe creativity. We’re not just talking about pretty designs; they create experiences that resonate with audiences on a profound level. From startups to established brands, they partner with clients to uncover their unique stories and bring them to life through captivating design and branding strategies. Think brand creation and roll outs, to websites, apps and digital platforms and even digital product innovation. You will work with famous names and brands in the arts and culture, museums, to lifestyle, beauty and destination brands. Stunnnnning.
As their Strategist, you’ll be at the forefront of their mission to transform brands into unforgettable experiences. You’ll work closely with 2 other key strategists, plus a talented team of designers, copywriters, and project managers to develop innovative strategies that drive success. You will conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover insights that inform creative direction, translate strategic insights in actionable creative briefs, lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate ideas and concepts and present strategic recommendations and concepts to clients with confidence and conviction. The sky is the limit, and they want you to bring your expertise in devising brand narratives and positioning strategies to the table.
Bespoke but beautifully formed, they are a team of 20 with big ambition and exciting plans – and growing! They embrace curiosity and celebrate an entrepreneurial mindset – this is a place where you can really leave a mark and have a say. They work on a hybrid model, 3 days in their stunning studio where they often hold talks and events, with a grown-up attitude.
