Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Architectural Revit Technician to join a leading architectural practice, in a 6-month contract outside IR35. You will be required to work remotely for the first 2 months; this will later change to a hybrid arrangement. This role offers the opportunity to work on a stage 2 design project, with an experienced team.
-Hourly rate from £32-£35 (depending on experience).
–Hybrid/remote working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
-Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
-Prepare and manage drawings, specifications, and related documents.
-Ensure designs meet UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members.
-Attend site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings.
What we are looking for:
-Revit proficiency is essential.
-Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
-Twin Motion is ideal.
-Must have experience across technical delivery stages.
-Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
