  • Base salary of up to £26,000
  • A competitive bonus OTE £31,000
  • A full valid UK driving licence is required for this role.

Customer Advisor Role Overview:

This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our Aftersales team.

An exciting new opportunity has come up here at our Stockport dealership as we’re on the lookout for a Customer Advisor to join our team.

It is the perfect opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to advance their career in a premium manufacturer owned environment. As a customer advisor you will be the key link between our customers and our technicians, guiding each customer through the Stellantis &You customer journey.

A Customer Advisor will also:

  • Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
  • Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
  • Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
  • Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
  • Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.

You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to:

  • Estimate repair costs and times.
  • Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
  • Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
  • Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Advisor:

“No two days are the same for a Customer Advisor. We’re part of a bigger team, while being the face of the department, interacting with everyone in our Aftersales dept daily.

We greet our customers when they visit our showroom and stay connected over the phone, via text and email, providing regular updates. We create work invoices and warranty claims using our in-house computer systems, as well as take and allocate payments.

Always on the go, with something to do, the day never drags.

This is a fast paced and rewarding job, with the opportunity to develop a career.”
