Employee Relations Manager – Workforce & ChangeLocation: London (3 days in office) Contract: Interim / FTC Salary: paying up to £120,000 Oakleaf Partnership are working with global financial services organisation seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager on a 12 month FTC. This is a specialist change and redundancy role focused on managing large-scale restructures, consultations, business sales and acquisitions. You\’ll need to be confident advising at Executive level, leading complex consultations, and navigating high-volume redundancy processes within a large matrix environment.What is the role:

  • Leading and delivering multiple change projects end-to-end.
  • Managing a team of six (UK & offshore).
  • Operating strategically whilst remaining hands-on.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders with strong negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Bringing robust experience in large-scale workforce change, ideally within Investment Banking or another complex matrixed organisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven ER/change management background with experience managing large-scale redundancies
  • Must have experience working within a large, matrix environment, ideally from Banking, Financial Servcies or a large commercial organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of consultations, TUPE, business sales and acquisitions.
  • Confident operating at Exec level with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with union/works council consultations.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and best practice.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage sensitive projects across multiple jurisdictions.
