- Managing transactional activity related to the Offender Management function and administrative staff, including ensuring paperwork such as Discharge Reports, Re-categorisation processes, Bail applications, and other legal and administrative documentation are complete, checked, and ready for transmission.
- Managing other administrative tasks such as policy development, budget management, performance monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and communication.
- Leading and managing staff performance, development, and appraisal.
- Acting as a point of contact for external stakeholders and managing relevant approvals and requisitions.
The role also involves adapting to reasonable changes and additional tasks as necessary, with discussions on significant adjustments.
