Are you an experienced property management professional ready to manage one of the most prestigious corporate estates in London? This is a 12 month Fixed term contract offering up to £55,000 Per Annum.
We are representing a market-leading real estate consultancy seeking a Corporate Estate Manager / Property Manager to lead the delivery of strategic and day-to-day estate management services for a high-profile client.
Job Role:
- Oversee the efficient management of a high profile estate in London.
- Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Deliver best-in-class property management services, driving performance, compliance, and sustainability targets
- Lead lease management, rent reviews, service charge budgets, and maintenance programmes
- Collaborate with FM, legal, and transactions teams to optimise asset performance
- Provide strategic insight and reporting to senior stakeholders
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in commercial estate/property management within a corporate or consultancy setting
- Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law, service charges, and lease events
- Client-facing experience, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
- MRICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- High level of commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
