Job Description

HR Advisor

One of our esteemed US law firm clients are seeking to hire a HR Advisor for their London office – which is an exciting and newly created role, offering a lot of variety and exposure as they continue with their expansion plans for 2025 and beyond:

  • Salary to £60,000
  • Hybrid Working (4 days office / 1 day remote)
  • 09:30-17:30 standard hours

In this role you will provide high level support to the Director of Administration (London) and Director of HR (US).

HR Advisor Key Responsibilities:

    \\n
  • Produce employee contracts and offer letters, manage the new joiner process and induction program, and arrange / diaries probation reviews for staff
  • Manage the annual performance review process for associate and administrative staff
  • Act as first point of contact for employee relations issues
  • Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring all joiners, leavers, overtime, and changes are captured
  • Work closely with Office Manager to manage the employee benefit programmes
  • Take ownership of the recruitment inbox, advertise job postings, screen and shortlist CVs, arrange interviews and administer tests as part of the recruitment process

HR Advisor Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR / recruitment experience in a law firm (at Officer/Coordinator level)
  • CIPD qualification highly beneficial
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
