Our office is located at Tower 42, near Bank, in the heart of the City of London. It offers a bright, airy environment with a dedicated concierge team to enhance your office experience.
Package : Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission based on individual monthly billings, with excellent holiday entitlement.

Responsibilities:
- Using sales, business development, marketing, and networking techniques to attract new and existing business.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing all aspects of the 360 recruitment process for candidates and clients.
- Headhunting and approaching suitable candidates.
- Reviewing applications, managing interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
- Briefing candidates on key responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
- Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiating rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
- Attending client meetings.
The Successful Recruitment Consultant will have:
- A driven and motivated attitude with a goal to excel.
- Previous recruitment experience is helpful, especially in Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, or Renewable Energy, but we are open to other areas.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships.
- A positive attitude and determination to be the best in your market.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all recruitment cycle aspects.
- Ability to attend and contribute to client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Coaching and mentoring junior consultants is a bonus.
