We have just the role you are looking for here at Cathcart and Winn… As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the practices and will work to drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development. You will have a passion for delivering the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients, and associates. Your role at Cathcart and Winn will be an exciting and varied one. You will be responsible for line managing the lead vets and senior leadership team at the practices. Your clinical work will have a mixture of in-patient care time, surgery, and consultations, and you will have the opportunity for case continuity and to build great rapport with our lovely clients. We take pride in providing the highest standards of veterinary care and quality of service. We are a Vets Now host practice providing 24-hour care, with guaranteed levels of emergency, routine care and staff expertise enabling us to make sure the quality of care is always to the highest standard for our patients. We have excellent facilities including a separate dental room, dental x-ray, latest digital x-ray, ECG, ultrasound, endoscopy, 2 theatres, in-house laboratory which allows us to carry out routine & urgent biochemistry, haematology, microscopy and urine examination and separate cat and dog wards. Our long-standing team of 5 Vets have a wide range of knowledge, expertise and interests including medicine (one vet holds a certificate), imaging (one vet currently enrolled on a certificate), consulting, and mentoring. We have a keen cat advocate who drives our cat-friendly clinic status, and we have visiting orthopaedic, soft tissue, imaging, and cardiology services.
