With 605 spacious ensuite rooms plus a selection of restaurants and bars showcasing fresh international flavours. Our luxurious hotel is connected to terminal 5 and has spa and fitness facilities. The 45 meeting rooms include a flexible ballroom accommodating up to 1,300 delegates.

A bit about what you will do…

Security Officers in our team always ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees of our hotel and grounds.

Assisting our Security Manager in implementing security measures for the visits of guests and VIPs to the hotel and surrounding area.

Monitoring surveillance cameras and assisting with investigations when necessary.

Carrying out security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access in matters involving security, fire, and health & safety.

Conducting random checks of key registers and locker checks to ensure the hotel’s policies are adhered to and reporting on discrepancies.

Ensuring no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises.

Being alert for any unusual packages, guests, or vehicles and advising the security manager.

Ability to be correct, secure, and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal cases.
