Experience isn’t necessary as we’ll provide you with a full induction and training programme. All roles will include working shifts during evenings & weekends over a 7-day period.

Contribute to the store operation by making pizzas to the Domino’s standards mainly stretching the dough, topping the pizza and cutting the pizza. You must always follow the brand standards, and you must ensure that the pizzas are made within 3 minutes of the customer ordering.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Managing pizza dough, sauces, and various other toppings and side items.
- Maintain the quality by following standardise portioning recipes.
- Read correct customer orders using the system provided or receive verbal instructions as to the food required by the patron and prepare and cook high-quality pizzas according to Domino’s recipes.
- Cook the exact number of items requested by each customer while simultaneously working on multiple orders within reasonable service time set by Dominos.
- Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
- Always ensure an optimal level of sanitation and safety standards in the work area.
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, chillier, dry stock area, and utensils.
- Cross-trained and coordinated scheduling with team members to ensure seamless service.
- Any additional requests made by the supervisor that are reasonably necessary to ensure the store\’s smooth operation.
- Maintaining the pre-rush-preparation stock to handle the peak hours of business.
- Dispose of expired or spoilt ingredients at the end of each shift.
- Following Domino\’s policies and applicable health and sanitation regulations, ensure that food safety procedures and allergens are up to date in the store and with all kitchen staff.
- Ensure new product launch training is provided to the kitchen staff with the help of product guru guideline.
Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience And Competencies
- A minimum of three years\’ experience in all aspects of pizza making is required. One must have experience stretching, baking, and working with dough in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to follow standardised recipes.
- Able to work quickly, and to “hustle positively” during the busy period (“rush”).
- Able to communicate verbally, to be understood and the ability to always remain courteous and polite.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, basic keyboard skills.
