We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join our Service Management team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the integration of services from multiple suppliers into a seamless delivery model, ensuring performance, governance, and continuous improvement across our IT landscape.
What you’ll do:
Own the performance of IT services and keep everything running smoothly
Manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams
Lead major incident management and drive continuous improvement
Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management are always on point
What you’ll bring:
Solid IT Service Management experience in a multi-vendor environment
Strong ITIL knowledge and hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Great communicator, problem solver, and calm under pressure
