We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Guest Services Manager to oversee our brand-new welcome teams based with an accounting and consulting firm.
Reporting into the Account Director , the successful Guest Services Manager will oversee our Welcome Teams in the south and provide strategic welcome assistance to our location Managers, ensuring that we deliver five-star service across our teams in Reading, Gatwick, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Bristol, Cardiff, and Southampton . They will also oversee the Regional Manager for the North , assisting with team management when needed.
Hours: 40 hours per week, as required
Salary: £55,000
Location: The successful candidate can be based out of either London or Reading . Travel to all locations will be necessary.
Qualifications
The Guest Services Manager will be an experienced Senior Manager with experience managing large teams within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment . They should have an inspirational and motivational character, and enjoy developing their team.
They will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance management and operational duties. Innovative thinking is essential, with a focus on reviewing, creating, and implementing processes to improve service effectiveness and maintain market leadership.
Excellent people and communication skills are vital for building relationships with key stakeholders and managing projects in a dynamic environment.
