We are seeking a dynamic Head of IT to join the leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of our IT function. This critical position will lead the evolution of a small but capable IT team, transforming IT infrastructure to support the next phase of expansion.

You will ensure the stability, security, and reliability of IT systems, while also driving innovation and aligning IT initiatives with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and future-ready IT infrastructure and architecture.
- Lead IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

Key Requirements
- Proven senior IT leadership experience (IT Manager/Head of IT), ideally within a related industry.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-focused, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Track record of transforming IT functions into mature, service-oriented teams.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and operating in multi-vendor environments.
- Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business goals and lead major transformation initiatives.
- Strong financial management skills, including IT budgeting and investment optimisation.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, virtualisation, and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, compliance, and security best practices.
- Experience in both infrastructure and application support, with a focus on business continuity.
