The team has a broad corporate practice which includes both public and private M&A and advise on UK and international transactions. Some of their work focuses on joint ventures and shareholders agreements, private equity and venture capital investments, reorganisations, and financings as well as corporate finance transactions.
They are particularly well known for their domestic and cross-border company acquisitions and disposals and work across a variety of sectors including industrial, real estate, technology and aviation.
