Overview
We are keen to attract the right candidate to join our growing practice to work up to 8 sessions per week.
Practice size and location
We have 9100 patients, two modern purpose-built premises (one owned and one leased) and are partially dispensing. The practice area runs from Waddington in the North to Leadenham in the South. We are close to the main East Coast rail link and the A1 in a particularly picturesque part of Lincolnshire which boasts extremely good schools, the University and very soon, a medical school.
Team and systems
We are high QOF achieving, high earning practice with a ‘Good’ CQC rating. We are members of a proactive GP Federation who provide a Care Home Visiting Service. Our team consists of 1 Partner, 4 salaried GPs, 3 Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs, 1 Phlebotomist and an excellent admin team.
We use SystmOne clinical system. We are a member of a strong, cohesive PCN of seven practices who work together very well.
