The Role:
Job Title: People Partner
Location : London – hybrid working environment
What would I be doing day to day?
- Acting as a true business partner for employees across EMEA and APAC
- Reporting into the Head of People and working alongside L&D and Talent
- Supporting with HR projects inclusive of organisational change and succession planning
- Managing global engagement surveys and reviewing results
- Dealing with ER and day to day HR duties
What is the company looking for?
- Previous experience as a HR Generalist (either at a HR Advisory level or junior People Partner)
- Experience in HR change management
- Experience with HR systems
- Previous industry experience in E-Commerce, Retail (head office) or agency is highly desirable
- Strong data reporting and analysis skills
