Role Purpose
Assist the Bordereaux Management Coordinator with managing Bordereaux for Delegated Authority arrangements, including uploading and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Support operational initiatives, process improvements, and reporting related to Bordereaux management.
- Ensure timely uploads to the Delegated Data Manager system and resolve data discrepancies.
- Communicate with Coverholders regarding overdue or incomplete Bordereaux.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for contract and Bordereaux sign-offs in the Binder system.
- Support reporting for Binder and Lineslip Review meetings.
- Assist Credit Control with Bordereaux Status reports.
- Help UPAC team with operational requests and checks.
- Act as a key contact for stakeholders, maintaining processes and reporting.
- Participate in internal groups and address operational issues.
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks for stakeholders.
- Review and analyze Management Information for Bordereaux management.
- Attend relevant internal and external meetings.
- Report any financial crime suspicions immediately.
- Manage conflicts of interest and report complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Conduct Risk standards.
