Role Purpose

Assist the Bordereaux Management Coordinator with managing Bordereaux for Delegated Authority arrangements, including uploading and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support operational initiatives, process improvements, and reporting related to Bordereaux management.
  • Ensure timely uploads to the Delegated Data Manager system and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Communicate with Coverholders regarding overdue or incomplete Bordereaux.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for contract and Bordereaux sign-offs in the Binder system.
  • Support reporting for Binder and Lineslip Review meetings.
  • Assist Credit Control with Bordereaux Status reports.
  • Help UPAC team with operational requests and checks.
  • Act as a key contact for stakeholders, maintaining processes and reporting.
  • Participate in internal groups and address operational issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc operational tasks for stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze Management Information for Bordereaux management.
  • Attend relevant internal and external meetings.
  • Report any financial crime suspicions immediately.
  • Manage conflicts of interest and report complaints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with Conduct Risk standards.

This role suits individuals with 1-2 years’ Delegated Authority/Coverholder experience.
