Job Title: Supply Chain Co-Ordinator Job Location: Crewe Shifts: Regular days Hourly Rate: £18.19p/h Paye £23.06p/h Umbrella Hours Per Week: 37 hours Duration: 12 Months Start Date: ASAP Company Summary: A global leader in Rolling Stock vehicle manufacturing, service and maintenance. Position Summary: Successful applicants would be responsible for the continuation and improvement of the supply chain relationships within the nominated suppliers to ensure that material is delivered on time and within budgets. Position Tasks and Responsibilities: * Monitoring of supplier performance. * Performance reviews with supply chain. * Monitoring inventory. * Validation of material demands. * Expedite material deliveries to ensure OTD targets are met. * Negotiation with suppliers. * Maintain an inventory database. * Stock management inline with requirements of production. * PO and invoicing negotiations. * Reporting on KPI\’s. * Materials control.
