We\’re looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Doncaster. Salary up to £43,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The House Martin is a community pub located on The Wheatley Hall Road in Doncaster.
Delighting guests with our carvery offer, this pub attracts families and guests of all ages as well as shoppers making use of the nearby shopping complex.
Currently trading at an average of £27,000 per week in net sales, The House Martin offers the perfect opportunity for a passionate General Manager to maximise the success of the business by leveraging the nearby newly-built housing to build a strong regular trade.
To be successful at the House Martin, you\’ll be a guest-obsessed operator with a track record of inspiring and engaging your teams to deliver consistently great guest experiences.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat with open plan living area.
