We are pleased to inform you of a new role that we are working on for one of our clients: Position: Recruitment Manager Salary: up to£44,000 Location: Blackburn (hybrid – 3 days office) What\’s the background? Working in a private equity backed manufacturing business with a £250m turnover, serving some of the best known brands in the UK. The Recruitment Manager has responsibility for all recruitment at 3 sites across the North of England. Managing around 8-10 vacancies at any time across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, and New Product Development. As well as managing the recruitment agency partner for all temporary production staff. Responsibilities: This is a hands-on recruitment position but with the added aspect of leveraging social media to enhance the employer brand and support long-term recruitment practices. Therefore, you\’ll be adept and comfortable at creating written and video content to highlight vacancies, why it\’s a great place to work, charity events, celebration dates, and anything worth shouting about. As an experienced Recruitment Manager you\’ll be accomplished at utilising various direct hire strategies to fill the majority of vacancies without the need to rely on recruitment agencies. This could be through crafting compelling job adverts or conducting confidential search campaigns for senior appointments. You\’re someone who is able to build relationships easily with key stakeholders, ensuring they follow the robust processes such as completing request to hire forms and updating job descriptions, through to interview availability and providing structured feedback. There are also projects to look at such as internal communications, the candidate experience, employee lifecycle, and developing relationships with colleges and universities for future talent pipelines for difficult to fill positions. With plenty of autonomy, its perfect for a creative, organized communicator who thrives on bringing fresh ideas to life. Enjoy a supportive, fun workplace culture while making a real impact! Experience needed: 2 years previous inhouse recruitment experience Experience of recruiting for senior and Executive level positions Adept at using LinkedIn tools for searching for and engaging with potential candidates Experience of employer branding, candidate experience, and employee lifecylce projects is advantageous Strong English skills for writing good copy Ideally a demonstrable background in using social media to support employer branding and recruitment purposes Some design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe are beneficial JBRP1_UKTJ
