About the Role

The Imaging Technician will contribute to the delivery of a funded digitisation project involving materials from SOAS Special Collections. Working within a small digitisation team, the Imaging Technician will be responsible for producing digital images to an agreed quality standard, following specific guidelines and procedures.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to complete the allocated workload within the expected timeframe. The post holder will work collaboratively with other members of the digitisation team and the conservation team, keeping track of image production and documenting each phase of their work.
