Job Description

So… you're thinking about recruitment? Or maybe you've done it before and want a place that actually rewards you properly?

I think we're all used to job ads being full of fluff. "Dynamic team." "Fast-paced environment." etc, etc. So I'll skip all of that & tell you a little bit about us, however, I much prefer conversations when it comes to finding out if we have the right role for you & you're the right candidate for us – so feel free to call our office!

First Achieve's Glasgow Office specialise in Engineering Recruitment. A broad range of roles from Fabricator/Welders, CNC Machinist, Design Engineers, Project Managers, Technical Specialists – It's quite interesting, if you're into that sort of thing. If you're not? That's not an issue.

We're looking for people who want to fix a problem & have conversations. It's not rocket science. We're looking for someone to join our team. Whether you're looking for your first job in recruitment, or someone who knows the ropes already. For us, it's less about what's on your CV and more about where you want to go.

Here's what we can offer you:

  • ?? A genuinely rewarding commission scheme – like, actually life-changing when you're doing well.
  • ?? Real progression – if you're hungry for it, we'll back you. Whether that's running your own desk, managing a team, or building a niche market from scratch.
  • ?? Supportive people – no sharks, no egos. Just good humans who want to see you succeed.
  • ?? Training that doesn't feel like death-by-PowerPoint. Practical, hands-on learning with people who've been in your shoes.
  • ? A grown-up working environment – we're big on trust, flexibility, and getting results. We won't breathe down your neck, but we'll have your back.

Recruitment's not for everyone. It's a mix of highs and challenges. But if you like the sound of building something for yourself – where the effort you put in actually shows – this could be a bit of you.

Drop us a message. Or better yet and much preferred, give us a phone & ask for Warren.
