Job Description

Sales Manager – USA Wholesale (Luxury Art)

Are you a highly driven wholesale sales professional with a proven track record of landing and expanding accounts, alongside generating new business? We're looking for a Sales Manager to significantly grow our sales revenue within the US market.

Whilst an interest in art is a plus, no specific art background is required – your sales acumen is what truly matters. You'll be the face of the brand, nurturing client relationships and expanding our reach.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of US Sales, your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets by:
Driving Sales Growth: Meeting ambitious sales targets and KPIs through proactive engagement.
Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with your client base, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new leads and opportunities to expand your client portfolio.
Strategic Communication: Utilising company-approved sales techniques and communication methods to maximise engagement with clients.
CRM Utilisation: Effectively using our CRM system to plan your workload, maintain up-to-date client information, and log conversations.
Travel & Representation: Attending required domestic and international trade shows, and planning 'rep runs' to visit clients in person within your territories.
Market Insight: Developing and sharing valuable industry knowledge internally and externally via approved channels.
Feedback & Collaboration: Providing crucial client feedback and sharing your professional expertise with team members for collective growth.
Brand Ambassador: Consistently representing the brand with the highest level of professionalism.

Working Hours & Salary
Basic Salary: £30,000 per annum
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Circa £50,000+ per annum (inclusive of basic salary and uncapped commission)
Working Week: Monday to Thursday.
Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (including a 30-minute paid break and a 30-minute unpaid break).
Initial Training: For an initial 2 – 3 month training period, hours will be 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
